Application Fee :
Application form cost: Rs. 100 (for all candidates who register)
Examination fees: Rs. 400.
[SC/ ST/ PH and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.]
Mode of payment of Fee: Non-refundable fees -- examination fee of Rs. 400 and application form amount Rs.100 -- is to be paid in cash at one of the 110 identified e-payment post offices, using a print out of the fee payment challan (in triplicate) generated on registering online, till 5 December 2014.
After 3 working days of the payment of fees, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the candidates.
Candidates should retain a copy of the challan for future reference.

How to apply :
Interested and eligible candidates should apply online through the India Post website http://www.indiapostman.gov.in till 3 December 2014.
On successful submission of the online application form, a provisional unique registration number (URN) would be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The URN would also be sent by SMS to the candidate.
After registration, candidates should deposit the fee and on receipt of Fee confirmation SMS, they should take a printout of the submitted application and retain it along with the coy of fee challan and receipt issued by the post office for future reference.
A candidate should submit only one online application.
